Investigator Bio

Heather Phipps is Associate Professor of Minority Language Education (French) and Coordinator of the French Maîtrise (M.Ed.) Programme in the Faculty of Education at the University of Regina. Her research interests include multilingual children’s literature, poetry, picture books, Indigenous literatures, arts education, creative approaches to pedagogy and qualitative research, walking methodologies, multimodal literacies, social justice, relationality and community building through the arts.
